About the Founder

Anne Rank is a data-driven strategist specializing in analytics, business intelligence, and process automation. She has built data models, developed advanced dashboards, streamlined workflows, and led AI integration efforts at HP. A former U.S. Coast Guard officer, she brings leadership and analytical expertise from both military and corporate environments. She holds a Master of Science in Analytics from Villanova School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Computer Analysis from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Through Cobalt AI, she helps organizations streamline their processes, increase their operational leverage, and scale more efficiently.
